Refund policy

We will happily accept returns on full priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be made within 14 days for a refund or credit note. If you exceed this time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns once approved must be returned within 5 days of initiating the return. Returns posted after 5 days may be returned back to you.
Original shipping costs are not refunded as this is the original cost to get the item sent to you.
All returns must be approved by the support team before getting underway. No exceptions. We will not be responsible for parcels sent without approval, to incorrect addresses or without tracking details.
No refunds or exchanges for wrongly picked sizes on limited edition items. Please ensure your size and item selected is correct before completing the purchase. When a product has a minor fault, we do not have to offer a replacement or refund for a minor fault, although we can choose to do this. We are entitled to offer to repair the product at our cost. If however your item was faulty and you qualify for a refund we will reimburse your return shipping costs once the garment(s) have been received.
For Australia and New Zealand customers, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving them and remember to get in touch with us before returning.
For all other International customers, please return unsuitable items within 30 days of receiving your item(s)
Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics & fashion masks or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us via the contact us form stating the order number or email us with further details of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.
How long does it take to process my return?
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).
If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your boohoo.com account. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
How can I track the status of my return?
